We ship throughout Pakistan. Delivery times and shipping costs are as follows:

• Free shipping on orders over ₨3,000
• ₨150 shipping fee for orders under ₨3,000
• Delivery time: 3-5 business days for major cities
• Delivery time: 5-7 business days for remote areas

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, courier delays, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Our return policy is as follows:

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Original tags must be attached
• Customized items cannot be returned
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Return shipping is free for defective items
