Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, select your desired items, choose size and quantity, then click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, go to your cart and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details and select your preferred payment method.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Please contact our customer service immediately at 03302488304 for assistance.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can also track your order in your account dashboard under "My Orders".
Shipping
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders over ₨3,000. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₨150 applies.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for major cities and 5-7 business days for remote areas. You'll receive an estimated delivery date at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We plan to expand internationally soon!
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Customized items cannot be returned unless defective.
How do I return an item?

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfers. All online payments are processed securely.

How do I find my size?
